Me and my 75 year old grandmother went in the store yesterday at 8:30 because she had to use the bathroom and the bathrooms was closed the older woman working was very rude said she had cleaned them and we couldn't go in the service was rude I will not return and we are telling all are friends to not shop their
little or no housewares, bed and bath limited selection. Need larger store with ample stock
Went to make a return the other day and the first cashier that was helping me was super sweet! She had to get the return approved by her supervisor.....that woman was so annoyed she had to come upfront and clear the return. Apparently i ruined her day..she comes up front with major attitude slamming down receipts and pens...wish i could have caught her name. I know exactly what she looks like and i will make it a point to get her name next time. It is just so terrible she had to come upfront and actually do her job!! other than her this store is great but they are lacking in the customer service dept. that is for sure.
