I've actually talked with one of the FRANCHISE owners of this place and he doesn't seem to know what great customer service is either. THEY DON'T CARE. I ordered tonight and here we go again, over 20 minutes late LIKE USUAL. They don't offer any kind of sorry promise, like a free pizza, or the next one is on us crap. THEY SUCK. For those leaving 4 and 5 star reviews here, you must be the exception. THIS PLACE IS GOD AWFUL. I'm getting ready to call AGAIN. So sick of this poor customer service, but they want your money. And forget contacting District. They don't give a crap either. Money hungry leeches. They FAIL to realize, without customers they'd have NO JOBS and certainly NO FRANCHISE.
The best pizza in Elizabethton and inexpensive too.
I ordered a pie with no sauce, one topping. They left off the sauce as requested, but the topping was so sparse it was like having a cheese pizza. It was obvious somebody just splashed wing sauce on my wings before they sent the order out the door. To top it off, although I was only a mile and a half away from the store, it took 70 minutes for my order to arrive. My food was cold, and my drink was warm.
worst website trying to navigate, using a promo code bullswin before Dec 12. tried chat waited finally i called store in Elizabethton to order a large cheese pizza and a cheese bread OVER $ 20.00. Manager said could not do over phone - No surprise but come on offer some discount. This was a bad experience and the cost unreal. Guess I want do this again.
