Wonderful! Friendly and helpful staff, free coffee and tea, great for group study and individual study in the upstairs quiet zone, plenty of room to spread out, white boards, no fines, great selection of everything and ILL if they don't have it, animals to cuddle around finals week, free candy around tests, trusting environment, and decent hours during the semester. Does tend to be either too hot or too cold however.
