My husband bought me a Tiffany's bracelet when my mother passed away, it has been broken 3 + times .... The gentleman that fixed it on all occasions did a wonderful, beautiful job. You can't tell it has been repaired... Usually if I have a great experience with a place, Me and my husband are commeted to that place. Am throughly satisfied with the Jeweler's Bench repair department. Taking a ring to be resized, and 2 watches for new batteries and bands on Friday. Won't take my watches and jewelry to any one else
John & Sheri Holsclaw that own & operate the Jewelers Bench are some of the nicest folks you'll find anywhere. They have a super store that carries many of the popular jewelry lines everyone loves. John is an excellent bench jeweler and they do their repair work in store which counts for a lot.
Do yourself a favor and stop by...they'll treat you right and you'll be glad you did.
The guy working the bench here doesn't seem to know what he is talking about. I brought in a diamond necklace that my mother left to me, and he said that I wouldn't get more than $20 out of it. I took it to a different shop, and got around 500 for it. Don't go here if you are trying to appraise A piece out of your collection! He also seemed to have a efficient way of upsetting people. there were 2 other fairly upset customers in there when I visited. EDIT: Ma'am, with all due respect, I got the money, and I don't feel obligated to bring the other stores name into the conversation. It's over and done with, now.
Great place to shop. I always get a better price. Local family owned. It's really out of my way but I would not buy jewelry from anyone else. They also do custom and repair work.
