There lucky to get one star I set up a payment method on my water bill to keep it turned on and I paid it up they still turned off my water and pulled my meter and want to charge me another 245.00 to replace my meter with kids in home

Perhaps if you would invest in some Internet technology there would not be problems like the one I faced today. Get it together. If you weren't a monopoly I would switch in a heartbeat. Maybe pay more for IT and less for little old hateful ladies. Just a suggestion. God bless.
