Was next in line to get tires put on had sit there and waited 20 minutes. Had already pulled car in the garage the owner made me back out because some women pulled in going to spend more money than I was so I got black balled sorry way to do customers will never go there again I will go to put road tire in roan mountains insted

Great place to get tires
I am the type of person that like to shop around for the best deals which include price, value, and performance of things that I purchase, not only in the product but the service that I receive. I have found this in Hayworth Tire & Auto Service in Elizabethton. I trust Hayworth tires with the safety and security of my family when I continuously return to either get a flat tire replaced or have new tires installed on my multiple vehicles. I usually don’t post things like this but I thought this is a little ridiculous. So, I had a set of bbs wheels put on my civic at Hayworth tire in Elizabethton. I dropped my car off showed them what I wanted done I assumed if they had any problems they would call me. They called me to pick my car up all was good. I noticed a vibration through my steering wheel at about 60 so I assumed maybe they didn’t balance my tires just right. I went to another tire shop and had them do a test ride with me so they could see what I was dealing with. They told me my vibration wasn’t bad enough for the tires to be out of balance but something was definitely wrong. Today, I decided to take a closer look at the wheels, turns out they were about 3/16” from even sitting where they needed to be on the hub. We removed the wheels and I luckily had another set that we could put on, the lug nuts had basically started to work themselves off at this point because they had hardly any wheel stud to attach to. I would have been perfectly happy with them telling me they wouldn’t fit on the hub instead of just slapping them on there.
Great people at Hayworth tires. The guys are always knowledgeable. Work hard out in all kinds of weather. Kevin Hayworth, the owner of Hayworth tires is one of the nicest people I have ever met. A fair and honest man who's service to his customers can't be beat by anyone
